Seriously ,i got no idea iam a girl. The only thing i could tell you is don’t rush your self. It takes time for every thing.i know you could do it! GOOD LUCK!

everyone has a six pack, it just that the average fat american has too much fat covering them. cardio 2 hours a day to lower fat % which will make your abs emerge, then you can start defining and refining them,
simply put, if your overweight, you CANNOt have a six pack. lose the fat and then work on your abs
my routine: 300 reps in decline position without going all the way down, break 30 seconds after 100 reps (2 breaks)
ab flexes: hold on to a chin up bar and bring your feet to your hands 10 reps, 5 sets.
every other day. and of course cardio to melt everything around the six pak to really make them stand.
