I’ve been exercising for over a year now, i have muscles on my arms but my midsection still looks bulgy, what am i doing wrong? Which exercise machines have i not been using to get six pack abs? Better yet, are there any exercise machines that give you six pack abs?

i recommend doing hanging leg raises if you don’t already do them.

Is this a substantial workout routine for a Six Pack Abs?

Cardio for 30 minutes (Jogging) EVERYDAY
Crunches & Twist Crunches (2 sets of each 20 reps) EVERY OTHER DAY
Small frequent meals low in fat high in carbohydrate.
Drink lots of water.

I’m 16 but I don’t know how much I weigh lol!

Would really appreciate advice or guidance if this is an effective routine icon smile Is this a substantial workout routine for a Six Pack Abs?

Cardio and diet for six pack abs?

I’m trying to get 6-pack abs by Christmas (10 weeks). At the moment I am doing around 400 crunches on my couch per day, plus other stomach exercises like the plank. I eat healthily and have very little fat in my diet. I am slim and have fairly hard abs but what I’m looking for is the 6-pack definition. Will I manage it or is there more I need to do, such as change my diet or doing cardio exercises??
I do my crunches in sets of 100, with 15-minute rests between each set

I used to have the fattest stomach. I found out that what I needed was both training strategies and nutritional strategies in order to reduce belly fat fast, but not just one or the other.
I have found that the exercise techniques that you use are of paramount importance for getting a flat stomach fast, because some exercise techniques are far more effective than other techniques. I need some good workouts to get six pack abs fast?

For lean abs, i recommend you do plank and side planks.

In the beginning, perform plank with proper form:
•Do this exercise on a soft, cushioned area like a mat.
•Lie face down, with your weight resting on your forearms and toes. Your forearm should be aligned with your torso, elbows directly beneath your shoulders.
•Your body forms a straight line from your neck through your ankles.

Increase the difficulty by reducing the support base:
•From the plank position, lift one leg up a few centimetres off the ground. Ensure that legs are still straight and hold for 60-90 seconds.
•Lift one hand out in front of your torso.

To make it even more difficult:
•From the plank position, lift one arm and the opposite side leg off the ground.

How long does it take to get six-pack and how can i get six-pack abs?

I’ve been trying to get a six-pack for a while now but i cannot never get it. One big problem i have is not working out every day because when i don’t see results i stop trying, also another problem i have is not eating right.I don’t have a fat stomach so i figure it shouldn’t take that long.I just need to know how long it takes, what workouts i need to do, and what i should be eating. Thanks

Leg lifts do help alot (as another poster described)
Bridges (Lay on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, now bridge your torso into the air while keeping shoulders on the floor)
Crunchs and side crunches

Before you workout eat peanutbutter or tuna.

The most important thing is to remember that if you give up, you have less of a chance of getting abs then if you are actually trying.

I am a pretty skinny 18 year old and I am pretty healthy. I have 1500 calories a day and I drink lots of water. My daily workouts are 100 leaning push ups against a counter, 300 crunches on my bed, 20 minutes of cardio, and 50 squats. I just wanted to know how long it would take to get a visible set of six pack abs. I will award you lots of points if you help me.
