Cardiovascular exercise and a good diet. Getting abs isn’t something that happens overnight,it takes time. Cardio will help burn fat,and your abs will be more visible.
For me, I’ve been doing ab exercises on crazy levels,once I went as far as doing crunches for an hour or two at once. But it wasn’t until I heard from people that I was wasting my time doing that,when I could have done cardio in its place,and I would have seen better results.
I definitely recommend videos by scooby1961 on Youtube for more on fitness,and people on the forum of his website are also helpful.

it cant be done fast, it takes patience and hard work. many crunches/other ab exercises, lots of cardio if your fat, and a reasonable diet. good luck with that.

Lots of running and sit ups. Mostly running. Don’t have time to explain, just do it. Eat healthy too.

There is no way to get a six pack fast.
It takes time to get one and commitment.
search up on youtube how to get a six pack and just do that everyday.

there is no "fast" way to do it.
First you have to build muscle their by eating the right kind of meat and carbs and doing the right exercises.
Then you have to burn the fat off by doing cardio and eating right.
If you are serious and work at it everday you could start to have something in maybe a few months.

What kind of physique do you have? Good luck with getting them fast if you’re chunky. The best way is to do an intense ab workout such as this one every other day: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fU_8kJeXeE . Do lots of cardio, run for at least 30 minutes every other day (at least). And eat healthy smaller meals throughout the day (5-7 meals).

It’s not easy to get them fast but lots of ab exercises that work all of your abs and lots of repetition.
try sit ups, crunches, and holds. Also do exercises that strengthen your core.
